Bull Durham

It's been 20 years since Durham first became immortalized in the 1988 film, Bull Durham. Jared and I are big fans of the movie, and are really bummed we'll be on our honeymoon when Kevin Costner's band playing at the Bulls ballpark on 4th of July. Ok, not that bummed.

Becca and Hilary flew in to join a few of my friends in a weekend trip to Carolina Beach. We rented a minivan so we could all ride together, and a great time was had by all! I'll spare you the raucous details, but be proud that Rebecca, Hilary and I all rode a mechanical bull and lived to tell about it!

Happy Valentine's Day!

I can't find a photo from our first anniversary, so here's a photo from our first New Year's together.

Today is the 5 Year anniversary of Jared & I's first date! We celebrated with a trip to one of our favorite restaurants, Lantern Restaurant. Delicious!

Formal Wear?

This is my first official post to the our wedding blog. Xtina has done such a wonderful job with the posts I was a bit overwhelmed with what to write. Not anymore! It's a new year everybody!

As a first bit of correspondence, I would like your help in choosing what to wear at the wedding. I was thinking of adopting this fine piece of formal wear for our special day. Is it just me or do those boots and revolver scream, "Catholic Mass."?
